Need to return your item(s)?
To start a return, please email contact@lapiena.com or contact us via the WhatsApp button available on our website. This allows us to review the issue and provide you with return instructions.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We guarantee a refund for any item that arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect.
Items must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Postage costs are non refundable.
Unwanted Items
We do not offer free returns. If you wish to return an unwanted item, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
All unwanted items must be returned in a saleable, unused, and undamaged condition in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
Return Postage Responsibility
We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service for all returns. We cannot accept responsibility for items that do not reach us.
Refund Policy
Once your return has been received and processed, we will issue your refund within 2 working days.
Please note that your card issuer or bank controls how long it takes for the funds to appear in your account, and we have no control over this time frame.
